Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon our arrival in Kathmandu, we will meet at the airport for pickup and transportation to the Hotel. In the afternoon we will have a briefing about your trip. We will check all equipment and answer any questions you may have. In the evening there will be a mediation class on the roof top or yoga rooms. Overnight in Kathmandu. [Included Meals: D]


DAY 02: Flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara

After morning Yoga class and breakfast we take our flight to Pokhara, which will take approx 25 min with breath taking views of the Himalayas.  On arrival we will be escorted to our hotel and spend a leisurely afternoon in the beautiful lakeside town of Pokhara, with an evening meditation class. Overnight in Pokhara [Included meals: B]


Day 03: Drive to Nayapul from Pokhara (1.5 hrs) and trek to Thikedunga (4 hrs)

We begin with an early morning yoga class followed by breakfast.  At 8:30am we, depart Pokhara by private car and head for Nayapul.  The road snakes through the scenic country side for about 1.5 hrs to the trekking trail head at Nayapul. This is the confluence of Modi river draining Annapurna base camp and Burungdi river. We follow upstream Burungdi river climbing gradually for about 4 hrs to Thikedunga. Thikedunga is a small charming village full of lodges where we will spend the night. [Included Meals: B, L, D]


Day 04: Climb to Ghorepani (6 hrs / 2,800 m)

After breakfast, we will start our day’s walk with steep climb to Ulleri village. There are about 3,000 stone steps to Ulleri village which will take about 2 hrs to climb. From Ulleri, the trail climbs gradually through the forest for another 4 hrs to Ghorepani at 2,800 m. Ghorepani is the mountain pass overlooking at the deep KaliGandaki valley wedged between two eight thousand meter peaks of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna 1. The day will begin with our morning yoga class and end with evening meditation. [Included Meals: B, L, D]


Day 05: Hike to Pun Hill (50 min / 3,200 m) | Trek to Tadapani Chuile[ 2610 Mt 6hrs]

Pun Hill is the most beautiful view point in the Annapurna region. We will hike for about 50 minutes to Pun Hill at 3,200 m for sunrise view over the Himalayan peaks. One can see about 15 different peaks including Dhaulagiri I (8,167m / 7th highest), Annapurna  I (8,091m / 10th highest) and Manaslu (8,156 m / 8th highest). After breakfast, we will head for our next destination of Tadapani. The trail passes through the Rhododendron forest with few ups and downs of 400 m.  We will have our yoga class in Poon hill just in front of Dhaulagir and Annapurna range. [Included Meals: B, L, D]


Day 06: Trek back to Jhinu Danda (5 hrs / 1,600 m)[ Naturel Hot spring]

We begin with a morning Yoga class in lap of mountain. After breakfast, we trek to Jhinu Dada where we bathe in the natural hot spring. We follow the same trail that we took to climb up till Chhomrong. Next, we climb down steadily on the stone steps to the village of Jhinu. We settle into our lodge and then head down half and hour to natural hot spring pool in the shore of Modi river.  [Included Meals: B, L, D]

Day 07: Jhinu to Pokhara – trek 4-5 hours approx

We have an early morning yoga class and breakfast before heading down to Modikhala River, we will  up to the  bridge.  You will have photo opportunities of the waterfalls and valleys, green hills and mountains, and the most magnificent scenery of the Annapurna South and Himchuli.  We will trek to Naya pool which is a beautiful village with more amazing views. We will have lunch then drive back to Pokhara where we will overnight. [Included Meals: B, L, D]


 Day 08: Explore Pokhara:

This includes a visit to the World Peace Stupa, Boating, Lake Madahv Cave and the Buddhist Museum. Pokhara is wonderful place for food, massage, shopping and more. [Included meals: B]


Day 09: Pokhara To Kathmandu By Flight

Morning yoga class with view of Annapurna Himalaya range before good-bye to Pokhara. Fly back to

Kathmandu 25 minute Transfer to hotel Hyatt in Kathmandu evening Dinner in Hyatt.


Day 10: Farewell

We are saying good bye to the mountains as your journey in Nepal comes to an end today! There is nothing to do but trade emails with travel companions and organize the photos. If you have more time you can do some shopping or sightseeing. Approximately 3 hours before the scheduled flight you will be transported to the airport. Included Meals B
