On Thursday, we will start with Book 2 of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali which begins to discuss the practices one must do to get to the state of samadhi.
The sessions are 1 hour long and consist of half-hour in-depth discussions of the Yoga Sutras, one of the most important texts in Yoga Philosophy covering the 8 limbs of yoga and a guide to finding lasting peace. The second half hour is a guided meditation, typically in relation to the sutras discussed in the first segment.
